During 2018 our Group focused on the project for “Gran Roma” Shopping Mall, together with the negotiation with Savills Investment Management SGR to sell it after the completion of works. The project is included in a general plan to develop the entire area of Mistica, in the East part of Rome. The plan started with the opening, in 2017, of the new Hampton by Hilton Rome East, not far from the new shopping center.

Looking at the future, we continue with our usual and consolidated strategy, evaluating step by step the current conditions of real estate context. For this reason, we adopt a strategy of risk diversification, directing investments on the implementation of projects in the commercial, hotel and residential sectors, where we can use our know-how and technical advantage derived from our experience gained over the years.
