During 2008 our Group started a company called Fresia Energie, in the field of construction and management of photovoltaic implants. We have already developed and built 15 installations for a total installed power of over 3MWp, roof and ground mounted.
Fresia Energie, energetic services company (ESCo), cooperates with other companies of our Group to optimize the energetic management of our real estate portfolio.
All the electricity utilities, including those serving the common areas of the buildings leased to third parties, are powered by renewable sources.
