Our Group started to widen our business in the hotel management about a decade ago, under the control of Hera Gestioni Albergiere S.r.l., one of our companies. First, we start with market research, evaluating which are the best options basing on the area and the final destination; then we continue with developing a marketing and business plan, thanks to the synergic work of our administrative and technical departments. The last step before the end of works involves the study of the internal organization, the management of the structure and the commercial start-up of the activities.
Among the projects we worked for, we mention Art Hotel Noba, started at the end of 2008 in the Nomenta area in Rome, and the last one, Hampton by Hilton Rome East, opened in 2017. At present, we are dedicating our efforts to the new Spa&Resort “Terme di Vulci”, located in Canino, near Viterbo, famous for the beneficial thermal spots.
