Real Estate Development<\/h2>\n

The development activities have been mainly focused on construction and marketing of residential use units in Lazio and Marche. The latter have led to the construction of other 450 units between 2006 and 2017, together with the construction of several hotels and commercial facilities, as well as the planning of a diversified project pipeline, with a 150.000 mq GLA currently under development. Our Group is also able to offer integrated solutions for third party\u2019s investors, delivering the following services: investments analysis, building and civil design, general contracting and contract management. The company supports its clients in all phases of Real Estate development processes, from the original concept to the final delivery, through our internal technical expertise, which span across all market segments: residential, commercial, tertiary, industrial.<\/p>\n
